What is “Unmasked”?
Unmasked is the Laing House Masquerade Ball, reinvented, 2020 style. Since we cannot host you in person, we will bring the party to you!
How do I become a host?
Visit our ball website for our host information and next steps. Gather 9 friends and leave the party details to us.
What is the ticket price?
$1500 for a “table” of 10. Tables may be purchased on the Laing House Ball ticket purchase page with a link provided by us. Tickets may be purchased individually or as a table of 10. If purchased individually, you must provide the host name in your ticket purchase.
How do I purchase tickets?
If you are a host, simply email Laing House at email@example.com to receive a link to the ticket purchase site. You are responsible for sending the link to your guests if they purchasing their tickets individually. When they pay for their tickets, they will be asked to submit the host name with their purchase.
What if I want to host less than 10 people? More than 10 people?
Our target is tables of 10, but give us a call to see if we can accommodate your group.
What is included in the ticket price?
Dinner for 10, 2 bottles of wine, a party box and access to our awesome virtual event, including a dance party headlined by Big Fish.
Who is providing the dinner?
You will have a choice from 4 menus provided by the RCR group of restaurants. To see these go to our menu page on the Ball website. The hard part will be deciding which menu your group will enjoy! Please note: Dietary restrictions will be accommodated. Please discuss with your host. Only one menu choice per household/venue.
When will dinner be delivered? Do I have to heat it up?
Dinner will be delivered on Saturday afternoon, time frame TBD
Who is providing the wine?
Your party box will include one bottle each of red and white wine. Additional wine can be purchased through Bishops Cellar or your preferred wine retailer.
What is a “party in a box” and when will it be delivered?
“Party in a Box” includes all of the elements to make your party a huge success! Décor, balloons, candy, and a few special surprises.
What is a virtual event?
An organized gathering that enables people to congregate online, rather than in person.
How do I access the event online?
Instructions will be provided to you several days before the event and tech support/troubleshooting will provided on the event day.
What is the evening program?
The program will include comedy, music, a few speeches and a whole lot of fun with Big Fish! You will have access to the evening’s agenda the day of the event.
What time does it start? End?
Our virtual event will begin at 7pm and end at 9:30pm.
What if I cannot host but want to be part of the event?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a venue for you but for a $50 donation you will be provided access to the virtual event. Please call Laing House at 902-425-9018 for more information.
