Support is something we all need at some point in our lives, and sometimes, youth living with mental illness need the most support. Feelings of fear and judgment can be overwhelming and they can often leave youth feeling alone and disconnected.
Laing House believes in supporting and empowering youth living with mental illness through innovative programming and peer support. We are here to help youth on their road to recovery. If you or know someone is aged 16-29 with a diagnosis of mood disorder, psychosis, and/or anxiety disorder and needs this support, please click the youth button.
Family and friends also need support when a loved one is coping with a mental illness. To help provide some of that support, Laing House has a great group called the Family Support Group. To learn more about this group and the benefits of Laing House to family and friends, please click the family button.
